Vice President of Engineering and Operations

Lee joined Fulcrum in 2007 and is responsible for plant engineering and operations. Lee brings unique experience with both an engineering and operations perspective acquired from more than 30 years in the chemical and energy industries. Prior to joining Fulcrum, he was Manager of Initial Operations at Black and Veatch where he directed start-up planning and activities for liquefied natural gas related projects. As Operations Manager for Kellogg, Brown and Root he managed the development, start-up and operations for major facilities worldwide. While at Unocal, he was involved with plant operations including a first-of-its kind shale oil upgrading facility and an LPG import/distribution terminal in China. Early in his career, Lee worked at Brown & Root and Agrico Chemical Company in various engineering roles. He holds a B.Ch.E. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, M.B.A. from University of Tulsa and an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Houston – Victoria.
